Jeffrey L. Hesson, Partner

Jeff is an Attorney and a Certified Public Accountant.
 

Jeff earned a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin in 1979, and a law degree from Marquette University in 1983.  At the start of his career, Jeff worked in Milwaukee with the Accounting Firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers.  He then worked for a private Milwaukee law firm, before moving with his family back to his hometown Neenah.  His practice concentrates in the non-litigation areas of business, estate planning and real estate.  He has received an outstanding rating for both ethics and knowledge of law (an AV Rating) by the national peer-ranking firm of Martindale-Hubbell.  


Jeff Hesson is currently the President of the Boy’s & Girl’s Brigade Foundation. Jeff was a member the Board of Director of the Boys and Girls Brigade, serving as Co-chair of the Personal and the Finance Committees. For several years he served on the Board of Directors of Residential Care for the Developmentally Disabled in Oshkosh.   He also participated as a Cub Scout Den leader in Neenah for four years.

Grant E. Birtch, Partner

Grant is an Attorney and a trained Mediator.

Grant attended Law School at the University of Wisconsin after spending time as a College Housing Administrator and a litigation Paralegal at the Chicago Law Firm of Mayer, Brown & Platt.  He began practicing law in the Fox Valley in 1990.  His practice concentrates in business, real estate, estate planning and probate.  He volunteers time as a Mediator with the Winnebago County Conflict Resolution Center.

Grant served two terms as an elected member of the State Bar Board of Governors, and sat on the State Bar’s Executive Committee.  He is active on a number of State Bar Committees and currently serves as Chairman of the Leadership Development Committee and as a member of the Bar Grant Committee. Locally, he has a mayoral appointment on the Board of the Neenah Downtown Business Improvement District and the Neenah Board of Review.  He is also Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Christine Ann Domestic Abuse Shelter in Oshkosh.
